Newspaper and Periodical Library
The Newspaper and Periodical Library consists of 250 magazines circa. Some of them are national relief magazines, while others are edited by smaller entities and their distribution is more localized. The latter are an important historical heritage, which gives an overview of the alternative movements from 1968 up to nowadays. It also gives evidence, together with other sections of our archive, of the history and vitality of nonviolent movements.
Reorganization work on this library is still in progress – because it started after the cataloguing of books – and continues thanks to the help of voluntary staff.
Here follow two files. The first contains the list of magazines whose issues have been completely reorganized (last updated in 2010). The second provides a draft of the entire archive.
